Things To Know Before Your Stay
Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
- Parking permits are required for on-site access. A $300 refundable deposit is collected at booking to cover the replacement cost of these limited-issue passes. The deposit will be released immediately after checkout once the passes are accounted for.
- A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.
