The top floor was built for entertaining with soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows to let in the light in, and take in the spectacular views. There is a half bath, pool table, fireplace, large open kitchen and dining. This area leads directly to the oversized deck with fire pit, bbq and a hot tub.
Things To Know Before Your Stay
Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
- A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

- Always leave the cover on when not in use.
- Do not sit or place objects on the hot tub cover, as damage will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- A lifter is installed on the hot tub cover—please use it by pressing the lift handle. Do not lift the cover manually, as doing so may cause breakage.
- All guests must shower before entering the hot tub, and no food or drinks are allowed. A $100 fee will apply if the water must be drained due to misuse.
