Things To Know Before Your Stay
Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
- A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

- Do not sit or place anything on the hot tub cover—they are fragile and costly to replace. If damage occurs, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Guests must shower before use, and no food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub. A $100 fee will apply if the water must be drained due to misuse.
